 A 90-MINUTE SESSION WITH A 60-MINUTE WORKOUT, DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU A TASTE OF VARIOUS FITNESS TRAINING MODALITIES.

OVER THE COURSE OF 8 WEEKS, WE WILL FOCUS ON:

  • MOBILITY (FLEXIBILITY UNDER TENSION)

  • CALISTHENICS (BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH)

  • INTERVAL TRAINING (MEDIUM TO HIGH)

  • FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT (FULL BODY MOVEMENT)

  • CORE STRENGTHENING

  • BOXING / THAI BOXING (TECHNIQUE AND PAD-WORK)

  • OPTIMAL NUTRITION  

EACH SESSION WILL START WITH HEALTH AND FITNESS-BASED DISCUSSION AND FINISH WITH A DEBRIEFING AND Q&A.

THIS PILOT SCHEME IS DESIGNED TO NOT ONLY GIVE YOU A TASTER BUT HELP US TO DECIDE WHAT TYPE OF FITNESS CLASS YOU WOULD LIKE!

CLASSES WILL RUN EACH WEDNESDAY EVENING FROM 03/04/19 - 22/05/19

PARKING: THERE ARE 7-10 SPACES DIRECTLY OPPOSITE OR MULTIPLE SPACING ON THE GRAVEL AREA NEXT TO THE BOWLING CLUB.
