INTERVAL TRAINING (MEDIUM TO HIGH)
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT (FULL BODY MOVEMENT)
CORE STRENGTHENING
BOXING / THAI BOXING (TECHNIQUE AND PAD-WORK)
OPTIMAL NUTRITION
EACH SESSION WILL START WITH HEALTH AND FITNESS-BASED DISCUSSION AND FINISH WITH A DEBRIEFING AND Q&A.
